VCH Virtual Tour – Fraserview Retirement Community

Fraserview has been an integral part of the Richmond community for 45 years, providing complex care to 101 residents in private and semi-private furnished rooms. Nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the property boasts beautiful gardens with secure walkways, outdoor seating and a gazebo.

The goal of this video project was to build a sense of familiarity and comfort for the new resident allowing for a smoother and easier transition process into the facility. Utilizing explainer graphics and selective camera angles we were able to highlight the key features and amenities of this retirement facility to new potential residents and their immediate family. This project was part of an addition to a video package for Vancouver Coastal Health and included the virtual tours for 4 other facilities in Richmond, BC. A video template was created for this project which allowed each facility to highlight unique features while keeping the videos in a standardised format.
